Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds work in our store.
1. Order Cancellation
- • Before shipment: You can cancel your order anytime before it’s shipped by contacting us at support@actelon.com or call us at +91-6292005584.
- • After shipment: Once shipped, we cannot cancel your order. However, you can return it after delivery (see our return rules below).
2. Returns & Replacements
Since food supplements are consumable products, we prioritize customer safety and product integrity. Therefore, we can only offer exchanges in cases where items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied if:
- • You receive a damaged product.
- • You receive the wrong product.
- • Parts or units are missing from your order.
Conditions:
- • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- • Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- • We cannot accept opened or used products, especially health supplements, for safety reasons.
3. Return Process
- 1. Contact us with your order details and a photo/video of the product/package.
- 2. We’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return it.
- 3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
4. Refunds
- • Prepaid orders: Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.
- • Cash on Delivery orders: Currently not available.
- • In case of order cancellation before shipping, a small shipping fee may be deducted if applicable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- • Opened or used health supplements.
- • Products without original packaging or labels.
- • Items returned after the allowed return window.
