Delivery & Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Here’s how our delivery process works:
1. Processing Time
- • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- • During sales, festivals, or other busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
- • If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you and either ship it once available or issue a refund for prepaid orders.
2. Delivery Time
- • Metro cities: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- • Other cities/towns: 3–6 working days.
- • Remote/rural/North-East areas: 7–10 working days or more depending on location.
- • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Charges
- • Free shipping for orders above ₹799.
- • Orders below ₹799 may have a flat shipping fee of ₹60.
- • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
- • Shipping charges are subject to change as per company policy from time to time.
4. Delivery Areas
- • We currently ship within India only.
- • If we can’t deliver to your location for any reason, we’ll contact you and arrange a refund.
5. Tracking Your Order
- • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS or email with a tracking link.
- • You can also track your order via your account on our website.
6. Delivery Attempts
- • Our courier partner will usually call before delivery.
- • If you miss delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Address Changes
- • You can update your delivery address before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
- • Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
8. Payment & COD
- • We accept all leading banks’ Credit & Debit Cards, UPI Payments, and Net Banking facilities.
- • COD facility is not available at this moment.
9. Delays & Responsibility
- • We are not responsible for delays due to state restrictions, weather, strikes, or courier issues.
- • Please ensure your delivery details (address, phone number, PIN code) are correct to avoid failed deliveries.
